Our Terms and Conditions
All payments are due before the start time of the session scheduled. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer is responsible for providing a new form of payment before the session.
When notice of cancellation is received 12 or more hours before the appointment time, payments for sessions can be refunded in full or applied to a future session. Cancellations within the 12 hours of the appointment start time will not be refunded.
